When I was in Kelantan several months ago, I stayed in the dormitory near Open University Malaysia (OUM) .

In the morning before I went to class. I woke up early to took a bath and went first into the kitchen for had breakfast. female cook we called her "mak ji" , she always cooked " Nasi lemak" its name in English means “rice in fat”. it is the most popular breakfast menu in Malaysia. if you are in Malaysia, you easily buy it at roadside stalls. It is packed in brown paper, banana leaf or newspaper. I think it is very tasty. so everyone seems to like it !!
